dell\u2019attenzione che ha l\u2019obiettivo di prepararci ad affrontare il pericolo percepito predisponendoci a una risposta di attacco o fuga.\nL\u2019ansia pu\u00f2 essere fisiologica oppure patologica. \nL\u2019ansia fisiologica ci prepara ad affrontare in maniera adattiva una possibile situazione difficile mentre l\u2019ansia patologica \u00e8 disfunzionale perch\u00e9, essendo persistente e intensa, interferisce con la nostra prestazione, e pu\u00f2 essere associata a eventi neutri, che non sono realmente pericolosi.\n\nI sintomi dell'ansia sono sia fisici che psichici, e influenzare le persone in modo diverso.\nLe circostanze estreme, che si presentano per un periodo di tempo lungo o nel periodo evolutivo, come ripetuta trascuratezza sociale ed emotiva o fattori situazionali, come atti di tradimento, malevolenza e inganno, possono segnare profondamente l'individuo.\nIl modo in cui queste circostanze di vita e gli eventi sono interpretati puo' creare schemi
